"Well I had estimates from other companies, but I decided to use Tony's Low Volt Landscape Lighting, because they showed up on time for the estimate and they gave me the best price for what I wanted done. In the process of giving me the estimate, Tony gave me different pointers as to how I can save even more money on the project. He also advised me that some of the work that I wanted done will not be necessary based on the way they would do the installation. In the end the installation cost me less to have the job done. "I was looking for someone to fix up my house and had e-mailed and left messages with multiple companies.   Jim at Heather Fitzpatrick Inc. returned my call with in 24 hours and was able to promptly set up a time to evaluate my needs. 
As we went through the house I pointed out what needed fixing and Jim was able to tell me on the spot what would be required.  Turns out Jim is literally a "Jack of All Trades." 
He gave me a bid for each project and if that bid included materials.  Some materials I picked up myself (ceiling fans and faucet) and others he picked up (base boards and soffits) and would bring me the receipts for reimbursement plus a little extra for travel and time.
The final price was exactly what was quited plus materials I purchased or reimbursed.  He did a few extra odds and ends without any request for extra pay.
All the work was done promptly and courteously as I work night shift and he was able to plan the work so that I was able to sleep during the day.
I highly recommend Jim at Heather Fitzpatrick Inc.  The prices are reasonable and Jim has an excellent knowledge base and eye for detail.
