"Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."

He arrived on time, painted 2 separate stairways with very high walls on day 1 and then day 2 painted our living room very high ceilings. Overall, could not have had a better experience. "Apparently there was a health emergency and family problems causing the business to shut. After months of no responses Marvin made good on his promises and returned my furniture with beautifuly done craftsmanship . He is a skilled artist and his work is amazing. Unfortunately he didn’t have the support of associates to communicate to his clients what was going on and how they might retrieve the furniture rather then think they were sol. Marvin came through in the end. If not for that I would have given him five stars. He is a honest and ethical man caught in a bad situation. Dave B"
