"Terrible. Paid in advance. They cashed the check, haven't shown up yet and I have weeds everywhere. Hired them after having surgery that prevents me from lifting and fertilizing. In past always did it on my own. Looked for help, but got screwed! Read the reviews on Google, Better business bureau, and elsewhere. I did not do this but wish I had. My advice is hire a local, non franchise lawn company. Steer clear of True Green!"

"Terrible. I've never had such a bad experience with a company like this before. I would never hire AllStar again. Their sub-contractors are fast but messy. They threw trash in my attic thinking I wouldn't find it. They left nails, screws, sheet metal trimmings, etc. all over the ground. Cigarette butts and plastic spoons too. I had to call the General Manager and Production Manger out to my house to hear my complaint and clean up their mess. That still didn't work. I had to borrow a lawn sweeping magnet from another roofing contactor working in the neighborhood. I filled up the bottom of a shoe box. Although the building permit included a sound plan for safety precautions, the sub-contractors didn't follow it. There are OSHA safety standards to follow, and not one on them carried a card. I asked. Never once did I see them harnessed up and tethered to a 5000# safety point. They throw shingles up into my backyard trees and bushes and walk away. Busted up a cap on a post on my deck and didn't do anything about it. The installation of the gutter screens is not complete. I called twice about this. All-Star has no control over their subs. All-Star even ordered the wrong color gutters. I wanted a staircase installed off my deck, so as long as AllStar was there I asked them if they could do that as well. "Sure" their general manager said, and he quotes me a little over $2800. Next, he shows up with a contract for $4100. I sign it but realize I'm getting taken for a ride. AllStar doesn't do anything for several months. Next, I get an email from their sales rep assigned to my project, that additional costs are needed in the amount of $2000. Come on, $6,100 to build a wood staircase that is 7' tall? This is already a signed deal! Not an add to a contract. You eat the cost. The general manager doesn't return phone calls, text messages, or emails. The production manager (the one bright aspect of the company) does."

We had him back a couple more times to discuss and then hired UB Harwoods to install pre-finished, engineered flooring from Mirage. There was never a hard-pressure sell, only honest information and answers to our questions. They did an unbelievable job! They matched floor levels perfect that originally had all different types of existing flooring materials, custom cut and stained stair treads to match the new pre-finished floor, and even matched heat vent covers. We are extremely happy with their quality, service and expertise. We have recommended UB Hardwoods to at least a dozen friends, all of which are satisfied customers now like us. This is your flooring company! Highly recommend!"
