"I had the dryer vent cleaned 7 months ago by another company. It was clogged again. It is a rooftop vent. The other company only used an air hose to blow out lint from the roof. Dan cleaned the vent from the dryer up through the roof vent. There was a screen in the vent that should not have been left in there when installed, and Dan removed it. He did a thorough cleaning and put everything back in place. It is a small laundry area, so he had to move the washer to pull the dryer out. He did a great job."

"The work went very well. The installation is beautiful. The zoning control works as anticipated keeping the system in stage 1 heating whenever possible. The expanded cold air duct and new basement cold air duct have solved thermal distribution and noise problems for us. The new humidifier with outdoor temperature sensing control remains to be proven this winter. Wireless thermostats were required at the last minute when it became clear running new thermostat wires with more conductors would be nearly impossible. All in all, a great experience. They are filing all warranties and rebates for us."

".Rick Hoffman did the annual service check on my gas heating system and water heater today. He checked the system, noticed the igniter was at the end of it's useful life and replaced it for me, and also changed out the filter. He even re-lit the pilot on my gas fireplace for me - it has been off for the summer, and it's hard for me to get down there to deal with it. <br /> I've been dealing with Rick Hoffman for several years now, and he's always responded quickly when I call, done excellent work, and is very reliable. Highly recommended. <br />"

"Philip spent about two hours at our house, thoroughly cleaning through each of the vent openings: even a floor vent that was partially obstructed and one about 20 feet above the floor in our living room with a vaulted ceiling . Not only did he climb a ladder to clean through the high vent, but he asked me for touch up paint to repair an area damaged when he removed the vent cover. In my book, that is going above and beyond the call of duty. It is rare to see that sort of conscientiousness, in my experience. And, incidentally, he left no messes behind. Philip said that the vents were very dirty and probably hadn't been cleaned for many years. Whether the source of our problem was among what he sucked out remains to be seen, although I can report that I have seen no flies since he left. Having vents cleaned is something you do not often think about in general maintenance of a house, but I am now convinced should be part of my regular care for our home. And when I think a good cleaning is needed again, I will call Philip. I'm keeping his card in a safe place."
