"I worked with Frank and Jill Owings to schedule and complete this project. Unfortunately, due to poor planning and follow through on my part, the full vision of this project has not come to fruition. My HOA has not been responsive in approving the work to be done and I haven't been adamant with pushing the project for a decision. Frank completed the first half of this project as planned. The damaged concrete was replaced and has a professional appearance.
