"I had some leak areas in my house, most noticeable in my kitchen and son's bedroom, but also had a few small water spots elsewhere. The outer appearance of my roof was also starting to look quite poor. My roof was 19 years old, and I think it had one small repair in that time. Signature came out (promptly after I called) and did a very detailed and what I thought to be professional assessment. They identified the source of the leaks, and also noted that much of the damage was from hail. Based on the hail damage, they helped me work with my insurance company to receive compensation for what was damaged by storm. From there the process was excellent! My roof (for a 2,900 sq ft home) was completely replaced in one day! The next day they returned to replace all the gutters, and install leaf guards. Very professional office staff to work with, and very professional and courteous workers to perform the job on site. Definitely 5 stars. What I thought would be a nightmare of a job, turned out to be simple and painless. Only bit of a pain point was a bit of a mess in my attic. But that was really my fault as I didn't cover my attic possessions well (it was just dust and wood chips). Signature cut in new roof vents, which should have been installed when the house was built. So I was fine dealing with a little bit of clean up to have the roof installed properly. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone."

"Derek came out to the house around 10am on Wednesday, He was up on the roof in less than two minutes and started working. He removed all of the old flashing around my chimney and completely rebuilt it and sealed it. Looks much better than before. He then ripped out three places on the roof where some of the plywood beneath the shingles was water damaged and need replacing. He installed new ice and water shield in those areas an re-shingled the area. Derek took down an old satellite dish that was long past any service contract. He sealed all of the penetration's from any hardware used to secure the dish to the roof and hauled the old unit away. He replaced a lot of various flashing around the roof and only adjusted the flashing in other areas. Sealed all the exposed nails on the entire roof. Where there were any vents on the roof for sewer gases, ventilations form the range, bathroom ventilation fans, attic venting fans: He completely removed them, shingles and all, then he installed new ice and water shield, replaced the flashing, re-shingled them, and completely sealed around each vent. Derek worked from the time he arrived until he put his ladder back on the truck. He even went around and blew off my driveway and my deck. Really, beyond what was quoted. He was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and didn't leave anything behind. I couldn't have had a better experience with a roofer. I would hire Skyview Roofing again without hesitation. "Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
