The estimated 3 day schedule was 2.5 days including clean-up. The team was completely professional! They came in on day 1 and laid out tarps and drop clothes to protect my windows, shrubs, and siding. They laid down wood under the dumpster not to damage my driveway which is sometimes forgotten by other contractors. The team completed the strip and new installation in the time estimated. "My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed.One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. By the time the old roof had been removed I had decided that I would stay with this companyfor my next job, new siding and windows for the entire house. The second change order was to have the carpenters already on the job installs the rakes prelijminary to the siding job. I've been excited about every aspect of this project so far, but the actual roof installation was amazing! The crew od seven plus a foreman arrived around 7:00 am; before 4:00 they were gone. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."

"Many thanks to Matt Cabral and his expert team for a great job this week replacing a fair percentage of the trim on our thirty year old colonial. After the bad storms this winter, I noticed a small corner of trim had actually come off exposing the sheathing underneath. Fearing water damage, I called Connell Roofing who had put a new roof on our home 12 years ago (that looks as good as new), and did more modest trim replacement 6 years ago. Dennis and John were out the next day, reviewed all the trim around the house that had some damage, gave an estimate, and said they could start in only a week. While our house has sturdy cedar board siding, the trim boards are soft pine, and there were multiple areas of sunken wood consistent with rot underneath.
