"Words cannot explain how thrilled I was upon completion of the job by Daniel and his workers. From our initial appointment, Daniel explained everything that would be done, provided a complete sketch of the project for the Architectural Commission of our HOA, and provided me with a written summary detail and cost of the bricks, coping, flowers, tree, etc. Daniel's crew worked from the time they arrived until the end of each day. I watched in amazement as one of Daniel's crew pruned a bush as if it were a delicate flower. I can't say enough about My Landscape Contractor. The quality of their work is evident in the garden wall that was built. They could have just piled the bricks on and left it with an unfinished appearance. Instead, they skillfully constructed the wall and shaved the stones to fit perfectly around the curves so there are no spaces between the bricks, brought samples of the brick, prior to installation, and recommended coping to provide a unique appearance! Daniel and his crew also repaired my paver patio by lifting the sinking pavers around, installing new sand over the entire patio, power-washed, and sealing. My patio looks brand new! My entire landscaping in the front, sides, and back of our home has been transformed. We love it! He got us on the schedule quickly, and the work was done promptly. In three days they had installed a new brick paver wall, completely reset and properly leveled our paver patio, trimmed/cleaned up all planting beds and put down new mulch. "I got a good quote for filling in multiple holes in my very large front yard. ( caused by soil dropping down to fill in holes where septic lines were installed) Rather than mowing the grass very low, so he could given a proper estimate , Sergio just glanced over the lawn ( grass at summer #3 setting) He missed more than 1/3 rd of the yard and gave me a low cost estimate . When I asked his crew to fill in the rest of the areas I had to talk with Sergio to be specific about my request. AT no time was I angry nor were they defensive. They brought in another large truckload of top soil and did the work, but it increased my price by quite a bit. I can deal with all that without frustration because they were ALL lovely people. As the grass came up so did tens of thousands of weeds. Apparently they did not get topsoil that had been heated to kill weed seeds. Maybe thats not a thing with all contractors??? I wrote Sergio whom I consider very professional and responsive to ask when it was safe to use weed killer on "baby grass". He never responded."
