His pricing was fair and he demonstrated tremendous knowledge in both landscaping and running his business. I accepted the proposal and that following week the work was complete. After discussing the details, Dustin was able to provide me with a quote as well as the date they could start work. I was in contact with Dustin prior to the work starting to run ideas by him and ask questions. He was always extremely patient with me and very helpful. Brooks Landscaping started work on the exact day they promised and the crew was very courteous and friendly. I was extremely involved in the process every step of the way and felt that it was important to them that I was engaged and 100% satisfied with everything. The entire project ended up taking 2 days and I was pleased that the crew cleaned up the “work site” both days. Overall they exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the outcome. "Though they had a wonderful personality, the work was not completed because they would not come back once paid. We now have to hire someone else to replace the gates, which we told them they were bowed and needed repair. This was only 2-3 weeks after installation. He always promised to come, but no show. Now we need a whole new gate which will set us back $800 for the big gate and another $300 for the smaller gate."

They also cleared out a large pile of invasive vines that I was heaping in the driveway and turned a wood chip pile revealing gardening gold beneath. He also took initiative to raise dirt level around septic vents and plant grass seed. The 3 man crew was proficient and cheerful. Highly recommended!"
