"Couldn't be happier. We were referred to Duct Mate by another contractor who wouldn't be able to come for a couple of weeks. Duck Mate went above and beyond. We were told a technician could get to us the same day around 4pm, Anthony arrived around 1:30pm. After he diagnosed the problem, found the part locally, picked it up and installed it all by 3:30pm. Many thanks to Anthony but also Pat in the office that was able to make this happen. I would not hesitate to use them again."
