"John Gambino was recommended to me on Facebook a year or so ago when I needed an emergency electrician on a holiday. He sent someone out within the hour and the issue was resolved quickly. A few months ago, I again needed some work done and decided to also upgrade to 200 AMP at the same time. John sent out a few guys, including Bill Heaton and Jimmy. The work was done to our 100% satisfaction and Bill carefully explained everything that had been done and why. We recently bought an older home that had knob and tube wiring so we called John once again and he sent Bill out to give us an estimate. I will be honest, we now trust John and Bill so much based on our prior experiences that we didn't even bother to get a second estimate. We knew that the peace of mind that we would have knowing that the job would be done correctly, on time, and by people that we like and trust was worth far more than trying to save a few dollars. Thank you so much John, Bill, and Jimmy. Chuck and I appreciate the work you did so much. Everything looks great and we can't wait to move in at the end of the month! "If I could give Brad and his crew(Anthony and David) an overall rating of A++++, I would! We have a 130 year old cottage style house, with knob and tube through the entire 2nd floor, the living room, dining room and basement. Brad and his crew arrived on the date appointed for the project, and then spent some time "brain storming" and setting their "game plan." They carefully thought out the project, and then proceeded with an amazing work ethic. Their business model is to minimize the cutting of walls/ceilings as much as possible, and to create little or no dust, dirt, or mess. If they drilled a hole, or cut a wall, they used powerful vacuums, after having carefully covered all furniture(they also ALWAYS wore foot coverings in the house). And then, EVERY night, they would put the furniture back, and clean any room where they had been working. They literally left the house in better shape each night than they had found it in the morning. And they made sure that we had power where ever we might need it. They spent several days crawling around our attic pulling wires to the upstairs rooms: a tight fit, even for pros like them! They sealed any and all holes or wall cuts, and then David plastered over each area. I would describe David as a master plasterer. When I repainted the small areas(and they were small), you could not even tell that they had been patched. On top of their amazing craftsmanship, Brad, David, and Anthony were polite, personable, and showed respect for our home and possessions. When they had finished(in less than two weeks), we actually missed seeing them each day! Having them work on our home was rally a great experience!"

"My technician Dave is the best. Dave has visited my home on more than one occasion. He is friendly and respectful. Always willing to answer my questions. Explains each job thoroughly. Explains in language I can understand. I called GEN 3 for what I believed to be an electrical problem that resulted in my central air not working. Dave was able to determine the problem, and fixed the problem. In addition, Dave advised me that there was other electrical issues that needed immediate attention. Those issues were also resolved, by installing a new 100 AMP Grounding System. I feel better, feel safer, as a result of Dave’s visit. He is a very valuable GEN 3 employee."

"I hired Lights On Electric to run an underground line from the electric panel in my home to my new storage shed, 80 feet within the home and 100 feet buried conduit to the electric panel in the shed.
