"Went wonderfully. Initially someone came out to see what the problem was and then determined what parts were needed. When the repair person returned to fix the appliances, he was friendly and professional and cleaned up after the repairs which did not take long at all. Very pleased and everything works very well now. The only small glitch was, on the first day, I was given a window of time when they'd come and they got hung up with another job and didn't make it. I would have liked a phone call letting me know about the hold-up. The next visit the repairman came right on time and the rest of the experience was so positive, I felt like it made up for the glitch in communication. Will definitely use them again."

"From the time that Mr Jackson showed up, he was very proffesional. He checked my air conditioning unit out completely and informed me that the compressor was shot. He then went into the basement to check out the condensor. He asked me if the unit had run excessively and if I had condinsation on the windows. I did. He informed me that the Condensor unit was incorrectly sized for the unit that had failed. He explained that his estimate would include a larger unit that I had, and that he would have to replace the condensor unit for the system to work properly. I left my back door open so he could come during the day. They came, installed the unit and cleaned everything up. Honest, hardworking, trustworthy company."
