"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

Between day clean-up was pretty good; end of job clean-up was excellent. Hope I don't need another roof while in this house, but if I need one somewhere else, these are the people I'll call. "We selected Perimeter and another competitor for quotes. Gabriel from Perimeter came out and inspected the roof, told us he noticed that there were 2 layers of shingles with the last set being installed incorrectly. He said he would give us a quote in a few days. The competitor came out, inspected the roof and did not mention the 2nd layer being installed incorrectly. Then the competitor started rattling off all the "add-ons" and had us wait for more than 2 hours as he added up the costs of a new roof. The competitor's price was over $800 more and when we mentioned it, then the add-ons started to come off. We were not impressed with the competitor. We went with Perimeter and we are very glad we did! Gabriel being upfront and knowledgeable, to the price and then Jeff, the foreman and his team that installed the roof - it was a professional job! Miha, the office contact kept us informed and communicated everything very well. Great job, great customer service!"
