"The owner is fantastic, he was able to get the job done with a few days of me calling because I was having floors installed. My only problem was that they accidentally painted part of a wall that was already painted, fixed it but not so that it isn't noticeable, there is a large drip on the wall and they didn't put a second coat on one of the walls.
