"HVAC unit was frosting over. Technician determined the original installer in 2013 had placed too much freon/refrigerant in system originally. Technician arrived on time, knew what he was doing, replaced refrigerant and it's been working better than when we bought the house it came with."

"I contacted Providence and they were quick to provide me with information in the mail and invited me out to their offices to see the shelter. Bill was very helpful, answered a number of questions via email and I decided to have the shelter installed because of the tornado alarms experienced here. We set an installation date and Bill and another worked came out to install it and installed it promptly, bolting it down to the concrete. I experienced no problems at all working with Bill and he also left helpful information regarding supplies to purchase and keep in the shelter along with other helpful information. I highly recommend the company. <br />"
