"It went well. I initially purchased a "deal" for $375 and then paid for the additional hours. The water stain was persistent and the first stain remover product he used did not work. He bought another one but after reviewing it and on his recommendation we decided that it the odor from it would be too intrusive, so did not open the can. The third product worked well. This process required four trips to my house, but there was no rush on my part and I appreciated his thoroughness. He was very considerate."
