"Our paver sealing project was going to be a challenge for Tropical Paver Sealing right from the start. Our patio is at the back of our condominium at the end of our living room. The only entrance and exit point was through our front door, off the common area of the carpeted corridor to our first floor unit. This is opposed to driving up to a house, bringing power-washing equipment up someone’s driveway or through a gate to their backyard or pool area. Our crew, J.C. and Brian were brilliant, efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. I had laid down some vinyl sheeting so their equipment and tools could be rolled in over the tiled floors and carpet to the sliding glass doors. They worked as a team and it was all the more impressive as it wasn’t just our patio that was going to be cleaned and sealed, but our neighbor’s patios as well, one on either side of ours. The entire project took from 9:30 a.m. until a little after 6:00 p.m. to do 3 separate patios and clean up took less than 10 minutes. Tropical Paver Sealing offered the best price, their well-deserved reputation and a great result! Save yourself the time and trouble of getting 3 or 4 quotes. I received a quote the very next day after calling in my request. The price was fair and comparable to the other quote I already had. Robert was so responsive and helpful that I cancelled the 3rd quote I was getting and awarded the job to Robert.
