Their attention to detail was impressive, they managed the "surprises" with ease (Oh look, a rotted support timber under your front door. Let's replace that.), and I felt confident throughout that they were committed to doing quality work at a fair price. They kept me apprised of all developments, provided me with informed choices to make throughout, and worked hard to give us something that we'd be happy with for many years.
