"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. The house looks great! #4 When we were talking about the job, he took the time and educated me about the choices between metal and shingles! I highly recommend Sunset Roofing LLC. "When I decided to get new siding for my house, I had a two-page list of other items I wanted to address besides replacing the siding. My list included removing the brick skirt in front, squaring off the garage door opening, removing unnecessary gable vents, installing new storm doors, and replacing a side door into the garage with a window. When Jesse Avery arrived to discuss the siding estimate, I think he was a little surprised by the list of additional work. We walked through all the items on the list and Jesse took notes and measurements, saying he’d need to work with his boss to come up with an estimate that included all the extra work. When I received the final estimate, I was happy with the detailed cost breakdown and reasonable grand total. I also liked the type of siding they used, Charter Oak, since it was higher quality than other brands I’d looked at and offered many more color options. So, I happily accepted the proposal. From the start of the project, Jesse was great about staying in touch with me about any changes or issues. I was having trouble deciding on a siding color, which is a daunting task when you realize your whole house will be that color! Jesse worked with the siding vendor to get addresses of buildings that used the siding colors I was considering so I could see how they looked before I made my final choice. After deciding on a color, Jesse provided a mock-up illustration of my house in the new color, and I knew I’d made the right selection. Once the siding work began, I was amazed by how fast the job went. The siding crew arrived by 7 AM every day and stayed until it started getting dark, taking time to clean up the site at the end of every day. The crew was outstanding, working very hard and reaching out to Jesse quickly whenever they found any issues uncovered by removing the old materials so the project could stay on track. As a result, the job was done in five days! My neighbors have given me a thumbs up on my new blue house, and contractors working on other projects for the house have also commented on the excellent quality of the work. So, I am very happy with the finished product and happy to recommend Exceptional Exteriors to anyone in the market for new siding!"

"The job went very well. Doug provided a very fair quote to replace my 4 year old roof that was very poorly installed by a different contractor. He also provided a quote to replace my family room ceiling which was damaged due to the roof leaking. He responded to my request for an estimate within minutes and was at my house within 30 minutes to determine the work to be done. He was upset by the work by the previous contractor and his goal was to restore my confidence in small business contractors and he and his workers definitely did that. Doug and the crew were thorough and attentive to small details. They went above and beyond on some aspects of the job.....manufacturing and installing a finished edge where the roof met the house on the garage and on an addition, matching the paint color of my siding for that edging, painting the roof vents and power vent, adding very nice crown molding on the newly installed ceiling. The crew was friendly and respectful of my property and Doug checked in regularly to make sure things were progressing well and that I was satisfied. The job did take longer than the original estimate, but that was because of the issues that had to be dealt with. The work was completed for the price quoted. I will definitely contact Doug at Do It All Contractor for my next project. My confidence in contractors has been restored!"
