"I went through many before I found one that was really good. They do residential, commercial and upholstery. She has two guys that do upholstery and carpet cleaning, which is extra. They also power wash windows inside and outside. They also do usual things that are extra like refrigerators. When they go through the initial run-through the very first time, she has 3 girls and it is about 1 1/2-2 hours. She charges anywhere from $130-$179. My house is a 1500 square foot ranch so it is not that big and she charged me $130. Then she goes by the week. She has 3 ladies that come to my house and they get done in an hour. I pay $77. She originally came in and went through the house and saw what I wanted done. Then she gave me a price from that. I will absolutely continue to use them."

"The technician arrived right on time and again explained what he was going to do and what access he needed to all the registers. He quickly set up his equipment and looked around at where the registers were. He laughed when he saw the crawl space and we were both happy to find that it was not wet from the rain we had the 2 weeks before he came. The work was noisy and I wished that I had had some ear protection to keep some of the noise down. This noise was probably more since the house is small and the vacuum in the truck in the driveway was right outside the living room window. The work was done quicker than planned since most of the junk in the ducts was light and fluffy and was removed easily. He even did some minor repairs and retaped some duct connections. I was very happy that there was so very little dust in the house as he worked. I had much less cleanup afterwards than I had expected. I was very pleased with the technician and the work performed by Wild's."

"Our heat went out over the weekend, we called on a Monday morning and Al, the service tech was here by 10am. He found the fuel jets in the furnace were dirty, he cleaned them and restored the heat. He then showed my husband how to clean the burners and a couple of other things that would keep the furnace working at a higher efficiency. We were very satisfied with Al's work, he was polite and answered any questions we asked. I would call Dependable Heating and Cooling again for any service we need on our furnace or air conditioner. <br />"
