All others talked vaguely about what they were going to do (maybe to add money later on?) or just didn't come back because maybe it was above their skill level? He was also the only one who could accurately describe the expected water damage and what could happen during the repair process. I usually do repairs myself but this was a little out of my range. I went to Angie's list to find a reputable contractor because I needed to spend this kind of money once and get it done right.
