"After much research on the web, including Angie’s List and the Oregon CCB, I hired Oregon Ducts, Inc. in May 2021 to clean the furnace ducts in my 15 year old Wilsonville home. I was not disappointed in Oregon Duct’s work. Steve - the owner - was the best: knowledgeable, skilled, hardworking, and just a darn nice person! I know from my research that a lot of companies use just a shop vac, brush, and sometimes an air compressor to clean ducts. I’m a hardcore do-it-yourselfer, so I was really curious how Steve would go about this project. He had lots of specialized equipment (and he used different techniques) to clean the branch and main supply ducts, return ducts, and furnace plenum, and his whole truck is a huge and powerful vacuum cleaner. Steve is incredibly thorough – a true professional who takes pride in doing the job right. I’m so lucky I hired Oregon Ducts."

"Outstanding work! Before he arrived we moved our beds out of the way, and moved our cars out of the driveway. James called and arrived a few minutes early. Very professional and polite. He toured my house, decided the best way to get the compressor hose in, and covered all of the ducts. He worked at it for 3 hours and although it wasn't as loud as I expected, I could hear as he went from vent to vent. The charge was 5% less because we had an Angi coupon. Total cost $470. "If you care about your pet(s), take him/her/them somewhere else. Where to start.... The front desk staff (before COVID when interactions with them were face-to-face) was repeatedly cold, curt, and condescending when we went in with our pets. We've stood waiting to be checked-in (again, before COVID) for 20 minutes with no one in front of us, calls taking priority. Then when I was finally addressed, I got all sorts of attitude for existing. The membership: unless your pet is on death's door/has a chronic condition where you're expecting to see the vet more than 12 visits/year and/or multiples times a month, do not get the membership; it doesn't cover anything, only you walking through the door. Prescriptions: if you'd like to take your pet's prescription somewhere else after initial fulfillment, no can do. You have to get another physical (more $$$) before that can be fulfilled somewhere else (preventing you from saving any money which is the whole point one shops somewhere else). But, oh! Don't worry! While you wait for the obligated physical to happen (because everything is booked out), they'll offer to have you buy something else in the meantime that'll suffice...yet again gouging you for more $$$ that you were so diligently trying to save. I've found another vet within 5 miles of this place that's lightyears ahead in customer service practices and charges less for the exact same services. Animal Care Clinic cares more about how much $$$ you're spending in there, not how well they're taking care of your animal."
