"Excellent service. The pruning of the 2nd oak tree and the Hawthorne tree was done one day, and all other work done the next day. The 4-person crew was very professional, kind, and respectful of the property. The large oak I had removed was right up against a new fence, and not far from the side of my house. And, it was not in an area to get a bucket truck nearby. They arrived right on time at the start of the day and worked hard with minimal breaks - very impressive. They ground the stump from the large oak as well as grinding a couple of leftover stumps from previously removed holly trees. Their cleanup was superb! They even blew stuff off the top of my roof! And the wood cut down was nicely rolled together - not just dumped into a large messy clump! And, they were cheaper than another bid I got from a company here on Angie. I cannot recommend them high enough."

I was impressed with how invested he was in saving our trees. Other companies we contacted were encouraging us to remove the trees. "Failed to return phone message first time (as did several others), arrived as scheduled for estimate, good disposition, not pushy, did not suggest unnecessary work. Said he would call me on Tuesday to confirm Wednesday work. Did not call. I finally had to call him on Wednesday afternoon to determine what was happening. Work completed on Thursday. During esimate visit, we had discussed removing dead branches of one tree and somehow that did not get into the contract specific. I failed to notice that omission and it did not get done. That omission made the cost non-competitive compared to other bids. Other trimming was as presented, neat, good cleanup. Stump cut up was left in ditch instead of felling in accessible, manageable location for our use (poor planning). I paid after completion, with the agreed upon understanding that he would return and work out a managebale solution for the dead limb removal. No followup action occurred, even after I called again and left a message. Poor followup and closure."

"Our house has a very steeply pitched roof. It's a 1904 farmhouse and we have struggled with keeping the valleys of the roof free of moss, leafs and tree matter. Found Diimitri at PDX Roof Care on Angies List and we're very pleased with the work he did and his professionalism. I have a rather large garden area around the house and wanted moss removal that would not damage my shrubs and flowers. His guarantee of the moss staying off the roofs (garage and house) for 2 years sold us! After cleaning the roof of moss, treating the roof, and cleaning the gutters, Diimitri soft sprayed the house so there wasn't bits from the cleaning everywhere. Everything looked nice when he was finished."

"Erik from UT came out for initial inspection and was very thorough in his estimate. He concluded that the maple still had plenty of years left (although it would have to go in the end), and there were some limbs that could be cut down in order to protect the house. The cherry was taken down completely to the stump (they don't do stump grinding services). When the guys came out to do the work, they came right on time, were very careful to make sure the property (house and garden) wasn't too disturbed, and got all the work done incredibly fast! They also did as much as they could to make sure they left the property undisturbed. For example, when backing their truck into my driveway (to get at the top of the maple), the truck bent and broke several limbs of the lilacs that line the south end of our driveway (it is a little overgrown, actually, so I wasn't bent out of shape about it). As they left, they trimmed and pruned the lilacs back, and restored it to a pleasing landscape. A note on the price: it cost $900 to prune the maple (I'd wager the height at 60 to 80 ft), and $400 to remove the cherry (height more like 20 to 30 ft)."
