Dan and his crew did what I thought was impossible ! You cannot tell the mess I had was ever there. The repairs, the texture and the color are beautiful. They were here everyday and even worked a weekend when the weather threatened to undo their work. This was a very pleasant experience after the horror we experienced with the previous contractor."

"Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property. <br />  A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work. <br />"

"The bidding process was very simple, Mrs Walters is very nice and polite and easy to negotiate with. I expected to speak with one of those construction technical people and I was surprised to learn Walters construction company is actually owned and operated by the family who named it, I loved the mom and pop feel of the service, all the workers had great attitudes and none of them were rude. The job was completed on time and exactly as I wanted. They removed the old drive way and framed the new one the first day and poured the cement in the second day. They even took the time to clean up their work area and left everything looking nice. The new drive way looks great!"

"Spent a week doing it all. Clean up each evening and neatly stack unused materials, etc, so there is no mess lying around the yard, etc. Check in during process, to be sure things are being repaired as expected. If anything turns up that requires more work/mateirals than originally estimated, they will contact you to go over it & get approval before doing. These folks are VERY busy so there may be a fair waiting period (which they will let you know how long) but it is worth it. <br />"

"I chose Triton Foundation Repair because of the good reviews on Angie's List. I was able to get an appointment for an estimate very quickly, and on the day of the appointment I received a phone call from Jeff letting me know he would arrive in 15 minutes, which was actually a little before his scheduled appointment time! Jeff looked at our leaning porch columns, told me how much two piers would cost, but told me in his opinion we should look make sure all our drainage issues were corrected first (which is what caused our columns to lean), then talk with a brick mason to remove the columns and have them either rebuilt on a better foundation or install lighter weight columns instead of putting in piers. I truly appreciated his honest feedback! He wasn't trying to sell me something that he didn't honestly think would be the best solution for our problem. This is invaluable! I highly recommend him after this experience for his knowledge, professionalism and honesty."

"We first were introduced with John with Standard Builders when we purchased our new home and requested the sellers pay for repairs to the siding.  Since then we have postponed the siding replacement and had opted to replace the windows first.  Eric came out and measured all of the windows on both floors that were in need of being replaced.  He broke it all down by window and floor and offered us some options on the design.  Once we decided to go ahead with replacement, Eric once again came out and confirmed his earlier measurements the downstairs windows (we decided to break up the cost) before placing the order.  Once the windows arrived, the installation team called to schedule a time to complete the removal and installation with which they were very prompt.  The installation took almost all day (but that was expected on my part due to size of some of the windows).  The job turned out great and we are very pleased with the quality of work that was performed and have since placed the order to have the second story windows replaced. <br />"

"For the price that we paid, I feel that we received a good value. The work was done well and in a somewhat timely manner. There was a delay when the painter had to leave town due to illness in the family. This was unavoidable and Roger communicated with us throughout. Roger's employees are true artist. They came up with affordable solutions for some issues that we had. There are a few places that the paint work was a little sloppy, but considering that we paid about 20% less than the next lowest estimate, we can't complain. The reason that we won't use this company again? The valve that supplies water to our dishwasher broke off during a day early on in the remodel. This was no fault of the crew, just an old valve. The problem is that no one told us this had happened. We turned our dishwasher on and left and when we came back, everything inside, including the end of one of the washer "blades" had melted. I called Roger and we agreed that we would pay to fix the valve and he would pay to replace the damaged dishwasher "blade". He advised me that he had ordered the part, which I had researched and knew to cost around $90. Three weeks later, he said that the part still had not come in. I advised him that I would like to withhold the $125 balance for the completed job until the part was installed. He agreed that was fair. It is 2 months later and we never heard back from Roger about the replacement part. Not only has he not called us, but he has ignored the 2 times that I attempted to contact him to ask about the part. This is extremely unprofessional. If not for that one thing, I would definitely hire him in the future. It's a shame that he ended our contact this way. <br />"
