Didn't realize how bright the color was supposed to be. 2 minor things. The initial appointment had to be rescheduled. Which was fine with me, but the contact person was a bit incessant. I guess there's something to say for persistence. And the other minor thing was a late arrival, but only by 15 min. I wasn't in a rush for the services to be provided so I didn't mind.
