"Before hiring Cleaning Angels in 2010, Jennifer visited my home for a walk-thru and to learn what level of cleaning would be required. I have been using their services for 9.5 years, and was obviously very happy with them, being a long-term client. There was always a one-hour window provided for arrival time, and for the most part was as expected, and only varied slightly if/when new cleaners were assigned when necessary. And Jennifer was also very flexible whenever I needed to reschedule. I am moving out of the area and am therefore discontinuing the service, but recommend Cleaning Angels to anyone looking to have someone else do the work!"

Meire and staff scrubbed through the grime and found my floor was actually green and white. Hired Meire for regular cleaning twice a month. She is great with communication about scheduling (and re-scheduling). Always notifies us regarding arrival time. Good natured about the lack of street parking in the neighborhood.
