The scope included a new sod front lawn, a new little foundation bed in the backyard, and ornamental pruning, bed prep, and mulching throughout. H&H also coordinated and managed the installation of a new irrigation system. From their initial contact with us to the end of all work, H&H remained extremely communicative with us. "Worst experience working with a contractor we have ever had. Lack of communication was astounding. Reached out to start the project on our tiny front lawn in June/July. Didn't start planting until mid October. Was told there were 5 jobs in front of ours. Ignored photos of exactly what we wanted. Finish product is passable at best. Would not recommend."

"Last August, we paid thousands of dollars to secure a mid October spot to build our porch. We were told it would be delayed and then minimally contacted. We tried to contact multiple times through email and leaving voicemails. We finally received a response November 21 that the work would be scheduled March 2026. This was not acceptable when we paid a deposit August 2025, so we asked for our money back since the work was not done as planned. Despite multiple emails and calls over the last ten days, we have not received a response or a refund. I strongly recommend against this company."
