"I recently contracted with Abalia Construction to finish my basement, and overall, my experience was great! Things that stand out for working with Khaled are his communication style, his ownership/creativity to meet the design in delivering the end-product and his efforts to keep our project timeline and budget. There were still some unforeseen delays to the project due to either material back-order or unavailability of workers, but still Khaled worked personally to keep the project on task and within reasonable time. Communication with Khaled was great as we were able to approach with any issues/concerns and he was able to have a logical cordial discussions to reach to an aligned position. He was responsive to queries and concerns. While the basement looks great quality there were still instances where attention to detail seemed lacking. The subcontractors and workers employed were also skilled professionals however their attention to details could have been better. Moreover, communication with workers/sub-contactors was little challenging due to fact them not speaking English. Clearer communication on these fronts could have mitigated some of the concerns I had during the construction process. However, Khaled overcame these challenges by taking an active role in addressing any issues even when it meant that he had to re-do some of the activities again, bringing his workers back, or even him spending long hours to complete the job to our satisfaction. In summary, Abalia Construction delivered a basement finishing project that showcased creativity and was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and within budget all with an excellent communications. Without any doubt, they will be the first I reach out to for my next project."

"Tim and his helper arrived on time and proceeded to efficiently take care of reviving a stagnant garden fountain. Tim clearly knows all about water features and offered suggestions for its continued maintenance. He even went and purchased several rice fish and introduced them to their new home. "Omar of Green Valley has been a gem of a find! Our brick patio is perfectly finished and leveled for appropriate water drainage. It’s a beautiful site. We always get compliments about it. Size is about 15x15. Omar and crew finished the job in about three days and he came back on the fourth day to make final touches and inspect that everything was in order. He also finished and painted our back stairs and doors. He patched up areas where the wood was cracked. It looks like new now and his pace of work was speedy too. I love that he always comes back the next day to tidy up and report on left over materials and checks in about satisfaction. In addition to Omar’s impeccable work he is also a lovely person that you’ll like having around. He’s a dedicated family man that has a kind a gentle disposition.
