He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed. "Garrett and his team removed a load bearing wall for us to create a larger living room. The job required demo, architect drawings, inspection, installing LVL beams, adding recessed lights, replacing wood flooring, and drywall. The whole job took about 4-5 weeks. Garrett walked us through the whole process and was always very prompt. If he said he would show up at 9 AM, he would show up at 9 AM. He was also very upfront about our costs?no surprises. Our new living room looks great! I highly recommend Garrett for any renovations!"

"It was odd. Derek replaced an outside door for us and it went well. He then committed and bid on doing our bathroom but he did not show up on the day he was supposed to come. He did not answer calls after this or texts. It was strange. He seemed okay and communicated well but after starting installation of a bathroom fan he seemed to get overwhelmed and never contacted either my husband or I again."

"Once again and with the highest confidence, we hired Russell's Contracting to convert our back entrance into a more open, useful mudroom. As promised, they arrived on time on the expected date and started by sealing off the back entrance for dust. The demolition of the closet was first done, and then the rehab began.
