The scope of work included scraping the popcorn ceilings, flattening them and then repainting them; repainting all of the walls; painting our cabinetry; and, finally, staining the exposed woodwork on our deck. Clee was very responsive and visited the project every time his workers were on site. Tim and Eddie made up the crew who did the work. They were amicable, professional, courteous and did a GREAT job. He painted my entire pool deck with a paint brush instead of a roller, and he completed the deck within the same day. He started at 6:00 am, worked 4+ hours, left to address another job, allowing the solid stain some time to penetrate into the wood; then, returned later that same day to apply the second coat. It has been approximately one week since Javier completed this job. The deck has dried beautifully. I would highly recommend Javier for his reliability, efficiency and cleanliness. "John did a great job staining my fence. He power washed and worked around weather to get a day when it was warm enough and fence was completely dry. He watched how the wood absorbed the stain and sprayed a second coat when needed. Made my 6 year old fence look like new again. He was careful not to overspray on house and masked all hardware.
