"They were very prompt and got the work done. They cleaned up after themselves. We have a very steep roof on our house and we had one little incident where a piece of the metal came flying down and it broke something. Instead of me going out and finding out later on, they actually came and told me about it. They apologized and offered to pay for it, which is unusual. They gave us an estimate and everything was quick. It was a nice experience. It was great. Insurance covered part of the total bill."
