He was very respectful of my space, asked permission as he moved furniture, checked in throughout the project and had a great outcome. My HOA replaced my bedroom ceiling after the hurricane but left the drywall uneven and unfinished. It was a small job that a regular painting company would not take on so I was thrilled that Mikola did such a great job smoothing the drywall joints and painting."

"Mike is a one-man crew. He is very thorough and uses only quality paint which is included in his quoted price. The job required some small repair and some sanding and leveling of earlier unpainted stucco or plaster. He was worried about shadowing and so applied 2 finish coats over a base coat. Because he was concerned about matching the whites in the bathroom he repainted the entire bathroom at no additional cost. It was not a huge job but the areas were highly visible. He fussed for 2 days before he was satisfied with his work. Best paint job I have ever had."

"In 2019, Eduardo was amazing. My go-to handyman as he had good prices, integrity, and work quality. That being said, all of my experiences in 2020 have been unsatisfactory. Unexpected costs, paying almost $200 per hour on jobs before the hidden costs, he never writes any details down so there are always surprises at the end of the job (costs, undone work). Due to the language barrier and lack of writing down estimates, recent jobs have been finished in a way I was not okay with and I paid extra when I needed changes or had to accept things done in a way I did not want. It is unfortunate as he was so good before but I am having to look for another general handyman now for my house projects."
