Every day they went about their business as professionals. When something unexpected came up or they had questions, Miguel informed me immediately and we discussed and resolved how best to move forward. List of jobs performed: Drywall repair, room painting, flooring installation in kitchen and bedrooms, new shower installation, replaced carpeting in two rooms and on stairs, deck post replacements, deck sanding and staining. They made sure to move or cover nearby items while working to protect them, cleaned up at the end of each day, and brought a dumpster to collect and haul away the trash and debris. "We hired Lucas, owner of OCD Handyman, to do various small jobs on our house since we were planning on putting it on the market. We paid Lucas $25,000. He told us all his work comes with a warranty. He gave us a 3 year warranty on waterproofing a section in the crawl space. Immediately after the job was done it rained and water came in. Lucas told us we should regrade. We let him regrade and paid him additional money. It rained again and water came in again. When we contacted him about the water he gave us many reasons for this. We asked him why we gave him more money if he knew the regrading would not work. He did not have an answer. He also installed a fence which fell apart. He said he would fix the fence and give us a partial refund for the regrading. Several months have passed and he has not repaired the fence or send us back the refund that he promised. Lucas will give you a warranty on his work but it is not worth anything. Lucas worked for us for approximately 3 months straight and we gave him a lot if money because he portrays himself as being a honest person, obviously he is not. If there is a problem with his work he will not fix it. Unfortunately we are going to have to sue him to get our money back. This is not what i wanted to do. Donâ t believe anything he says!!!!"
