"Far exceeded expectations. It's Plumbing is reliable and very professional at reasonable cost. They responded rapidly, referred someone to find the leak, and gave us the option to repair or replace. The estimates were detailed with pros and cons for each choice. We opted to replace due to having repaired a leak 8 months prior (different plumber) and didn't want to worry about even more later. "We had a hot water tank that was leaking slowly. It was not an emergency but needed to be replaced before going on vacation in a week. "When I got my faucet installed originally, there was either a piece missing, or the other plumber removed it unknowingly. He had put electrical tape around it so it would not leak. <br /> Jerry and Justin were great. They made sure that my faucet would work properly. They even drove to Lowes to find out that my faucet was missing a part. They advised me to exchange the faucet and installed the new one quickly. Jerry was genuinely concerned about me and my house with the taped faucet! Highly recommended for his attention to detail and concern for the customer. <br />"
