"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. "Excellent and prompt service. I had a small leak in the freon tube of my central air unit which basically rendered it useless. The repairman arrived on time., and quickly went to work. He explained to me in plain english what the various problems could be and after spending a few hours diagnosing the problem, he found the leak somewhere in the unit itself. He quickly fixed it. He was definately an expert and quite knowledgeable in HVAC. A real pro. The price was very reasonable. I would use these guys again and would recommend them to others."

"We had an intense electrical storm that knocked out our cable, etc. One of our outside light circuits was also tripped by a nearby lightning strike. Our water was also not working and circuit breaker appeared to be okay. The well pump was not running for some reason. We called Skillings & Sons - they were able to come next day but not until late afternoon. They assured us that they would have us up and running before they left. They came, diagnosed the problem as a tripped breaker on the generator power transfer switch and got us up and running. They also added a back flow valve on the water line in the wellhead. Very knowledgeable and fast at getting us our water back. Will use them again without hesitation."

"Tom of Reliable Well and Pump came out and tested the water with a very comprehensive, thorough test. He took the time to explain how the well, pump and filter system should work. Our system was very old and not functioning. The quote was high but we had hard water with lots of iron and manganese also with arsenic coming in a bit over the safe limit. Tom explained the test results and the proper filtration that would solve the problems. We quickly scheduled a date and the installation was done professionally.
