"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

Delmi and a co-worker arrived on time, as scheduled and did a superb "top to bottom" entire home cleaning. I was very impressed with the bathroom and floor cleaning in particular. They did such a great job as well as gave me advice on some cleaning products and methods that they use. I am seriously considering using them on a regular basis, as they were such a great team and did so well."

They were there within a few hours, sucking the water up and setting up their equipment to ensure it dries Without having to worry about mold issues. They also Replace the compromise drywall and put it back together seamlessly. Issues like this are not responding too quickly, it can get a lot worse from my health perspective and cost wise. "Dina cleaned my home last week and I was honestly blown away. Every room sparkles — the kitchen, the bathrooms, even the baseboards and windowsills I hadn't properly cleaned in years. She was on time, professional, and so kind. I felt completely comfortable trusting her in my home, which says everything. You can tell this isn't just a job to her — she puts real care into it. My house finally feels like the fresh start I needed. If you're in Connecticut and on the fence, just book her. Best decision I made this month! 📞 203-805-9295 🌐 dinascleaningservices.net"
