"Pedro and his crew were prompt, easy to work with, and completed a small but labor intensive cedar sidewall shingle installation. Two other ANGI recommended contractors didn't want to be bothered with this small two-day job, but were more than willing to bid on other on-site work that I wasn't requesting. I would hire Campos Construction again if and when the need arises. WILL REDO THIS REVIEW AFTER A NUMBER OF ISSUES WITH THE INSTALLATION ARE CORRECTED OR DEALT WITH. COULD NOT SEE THEM UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY IN THE DAYLIGHT."

This cost was over $10,000 and each day was billed for the work separately. No estimate for time or quote was provided prior to the work being done. I hired a separate contractor to repair the interior wall and repaint. Less than a year later, the repaired interior wall shows signs of water damage. I reached out to SFW construction to review the work, and they estimated another 4 days to fix the same water intrusion that they failed to repair the first time. They have now billed me an additional $13,000 on top of the original $10,000 to repair it again, with no honoring of their guarantee. Avoid this company, they do not honor their agreements and will charge you twice for the same job that I doubt is even fixed this time."
