Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. "Can't say enough great things about Goetz Contracting! My mother in law asked for my help in finding a contractor to finish her basement. I reached out to Michael Goetz in early February 2020 and he got right back to me and arrived promptly for our scheduled walk through. From the time he showed up we could tell he was different then the other contractors we had out to survey the job. Out of the 4 contractors we visited with he was the one my mother in law and I felt the most comfortable with. He was very professional. courteous and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the quick turnaround on the proposal. We met with him on a Friday and he had two options we could consider on Sunday! We were pleased to find he was right in the ballpark of what we were expecting to pay; not the cheapest and not the most expensive. He also assured us he could get the job done very quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule for immediate start.The crew got the job fully completed within a month of starting the remodel including; framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting and trim! As you can see form the pictures his crew does excellent work! Michael's brother Steve was the lead and was just as courteous and knowledgable as his brother Mike. They took great care to explain every situation to my mother in law and ensure things were being done to her liking. Being an older home there were a few challenges they had to work around with in terms of building out the bathroom and dealing with existing pipes and weird bulkheads but they handled the challenges with ease. My mother in law requested a glass shower door near the end of the project and Michael was very accommodating to the ask. He gave us a fair quote for the install and even agreed to purchase the door and pick it up for us at Home Depot and just tacked in on to the final amount due. As you can see in the picture, it looks amazing! So again, we couldn't be more happier with the results and highly recommend Goetz Contracting! I wish all contractors were as professional as Goetz Contracting is! They really are the complete package!"

"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel.
