"The services provided was excellent. They installed a split air/heat unit which worked perfectly, installed shelving in my basement and did weekly mowing. They show up on and time completed cleanup after work was completed. Will definitely call them for future needs"

"My lawn always looked great after their service. Each week they cut in a different pattern which both made the lawn look good but also helped with any thatching problem (I did not pay for bagging). They arrived at the same time each week and usually had 2 mowers and a trimmer so they finished quickly. I was very satisfied with their service - my lawn was pretty much the best looking lawn in the hood. Their workers were always very polite to me and took the time to answer any questions I had. Their customer service was great, also - anytime I called for any reason they answered the phone immediately and were very polite. I would highly recommend their services. I did think they were a bit pricey, but again, they did a great job and I will have them back this year if I don't decide to buy all the equipment I need and do it myself. If I do need the service, I'm not calling anyone else. <br />"

"Excellent job installing our vinyl siding. We also got new gutters, soft and fascia. The color I wanted was hard to get but, he was able to get exactly what we wanted. I will be in touch with him for future projects. Very hard working and honest."

FAQs for brick and stone patios, walks, and steps installation projects in West-Milton, PA

When cleaning your flagstone patio, begin by gently hosing off loose dirt and debris. Use a mild solution of white vinegar and water or diluted dish soap to scrub the surface with a soft-bristled brush. Avoid using abrasive tools, such as wire brushes, as they can damage the stone’s seal and finish. This careful approach effectively removes mold and grime while preserving the natural beauty of your patio.

Flagstone naturally offers a neutral palette that includes shades of grey, black, red, yellow, brown, and tan, and its inherent color cannot be altered. Choosing varieties like bluestone provides a subtle bluish tint that complements many exterior designs. These natural hues enhance curb appeal and create a refined, timeless look in your outdoor space, ensuring a sophisticated finish with minimal upkeep.

Flagstone for a patio must have a minimum thickness of 1.5 inches to reliably support furniture and foot traffic. Using stone that is two to three inches thick is recommended to ensure lasting durability. The increased thickness prevents cracking under load and enhances long-term performance. Investing in thicker flagstone provides superior stability and resistance to weather conditions, ensuring your outdoor space remains both safe and attractive.

You can paint a flagstone patio by using a high-quality, outdoor elastomeric latex paint designed for heavy foot traffic. Painting not only refreshes the patio’s appearance but also creates a waterproof barrier that protects the stone from damage. Regular reapplication every one to two years maintains its durability and visual appeal, ensuring your patio remains both stylish and well-protected.
