"Before hiring Cleaning Angels in 2010, Jennifer visited my home for a walk-thru and to learn what level of cleaning would be required. I have been using their services for 9.5 years, and was obviously very happy with them, being a long-term client. There was always a one-hour window provided for arrival time, and for the most part was as expected, and only varied slightly if/when new cleaners were assigned when necessary. And Jennifer was also very flexible whenever I needed to reschedule. I am moving out of the area and am therefore discontinuing the service, but recommend Cleaning Angels to anyone looking to have someone else do the work!"

"I've been a satisfied customer since 2017. Cleaning is fast and efficient, which is good for me because I work from home. They always do a good job, so no complaints about the cleaning (or anything). It's definitely a great value based on the level of service. The business owner speaks fluent English and is very responsive over text message. Good communication in general and I always get updates on when they'll come by for the cleaning. In the 4 years that I've been using them, I've only ever had a couple of small issues, but they were always quickly resolved in a professional manner."

After 9 years of using their service I can highly recommend AA as a wonderful company. Their 3-person team would arrive at my 2 bedroom condo every other week, and in 45 minutes or so clean it from one end to the other. They were always careful with my personal items and did a thorough cleaning job. Occasionally, if there was some area that needed extra attention I could point it out to them and they would put in the extra effort to take care of it. In the 9 years I never had a day that they did not show up for the cleaning, and when I needed to change the date from time to time (sometimes on short notice) AA would always work with me to find a backup day. So, if you are looking for a top-notch cleaning company, AA if a great choice!"
