As it turned out, one of the valves under the sink was leaking (a very small drip) in a way that the water was running down the wall and underneath the sink cabinet. Once enough pooled up under the cabinet, it would run out of where it met the wall and form that puddle I kept noticing. Mike came back the next day and pulled out the entire sink cabinet. Underneath was completely full of mold. I took that as an opportunity to upgrade and put in a new cabinet and sink, which Mike took care of and did an awesome job."
