"I hired Premium Pressure for a roof cleaning. They said 16 tiles needed replacement before cleaning and offered to do it for $85 each. I provided the tiles, but instead of replacing them, they glued broken pieces together?sometimes charging full price just to glue small corners. The workmanship was poor. A wind mitigation inspection confirmed the repairs do not meet code or insurance standards, and I now have to hire a licensed roofer to redo the work. Even after sharing the report, Christiano refused to provide a refund. I was also unable to find evidence that the company is licensed or insured. On top of that, the cleaning process damaged my grass and plants."

"They did not do a good job. I had a family member in the hospital and was very distracted and should?ve checked more intensely. I came back a day later and there was still dirt and spots everywhere. Here are some photos. it was a move out cleaning not construction cleaning that didn?t give me the option of move out . Cleaning. don?t use them.!!!!"
