"Our final roof was very good, happy, but we had numerous problems during the installation of our roof that made it difficult for us. We liked the owners. We sustained damage to our driveway, some of our house trim and our floodlights were knocked out due to falling tile when the crew was removing it from our roof. Our AC was also shorted out while the crew was trying to cover it with plywood, took 3 weeks get our AC up and running again. They did ultimately pay for the damages. I am sure this was a one time event. Better communication from the owners would be my number one suggestion and a better process during the time they are taking off old tile from your roof, needs to be a lot neater and organized and the house needs to be better protected. Otherwise, we like them and in the end, we are happy. I am sure they will do a good job for you. We learned a lesson and we are sure they did as well."
