"The overall experience would have to be termed somewhat disappointing because while the overall quality of workmanship was good, there were a few parts were it was very shoddy such as the flashing around the chimney and drip edges. In fact, a shingle or two was puffy. This was immediately pointed out to Emmanuel when he came near the end of the installation (November 2021), but the crew could not fix it. Emmanuel stated that something underneath the shingle was causing it to lay uneven, but that was not the case with the original roof which was pretty much flat there and throughout. It makes little sense to offer a lifetime labor warranty if problems are not going to be fixed. This was quite disappointing because Emmanuel was overall very easy to work with, flexible to our needs, gave very detailed estimates, and even offered us a discount for removing two layers of the previous shingles. The point is if you pay around $5000, then it is fair to expect quality workmanship. Still, we reached out early July 2022 for a new estimate for sidings (and windows), but we did not get a response."

"Tony the project manager was a great help love our new roof"

"They are very professional and very experienced with the work they do. They are very dedicated and take pride in their work. They even gave us great ideas for doing other work to our house. Our house is 101 years old brick home with a metal roof which is the original roof it needed some care to bring it to life again and we chose Black and it turned out beautiful I would highly recommend them and we will definitely have them do other work for us. Anyone who hires them will not be disappointed at all!!!!!!!"

"They responded immediately, came the next day , repaired the roof leak and the discoloration in the living room ceiling. Waited for rain before giving a rating, but it has now rained with no sign of a leak. Excellent service."

"Davidson Roofing replaced a roof for us after a hail storm. Professional, courteous, and quality work throughout the entire project. We had a leak around our dormers after a couple of months, which they came out and repaired within 24 hours of my call to them. From the original quote to the roofing, to the follow-up service ... I was very pleased."

"Moreno’s Roofing and Construction was very professional and produces quality work. They came out and gave us a free estimate on our 18 year-old roof for full replacement. They came out and completed the roofing and gutter job about a week later. I am very pleased with their work. Sharon was extremely helpful during the process and answered any questions that we had. In the future I would not hesitate to call them to perform more work on our home. Grade- A service and work!"

"Did a great job on our roof, thanks!"

"Jonathan and team replaced our roof with TPO roofing. Communication from the quoting of the project, scheduling and completing the project was professional and timely. The crew completing the project were polite and did a good job keeping the site clean. The price for the roof was very competitive and fair."

"Had this work done by 2 other workers over the past 7 years, this was by far the BEST, most efficient job I have had to date!! Would definitely have them do work for me again in a heart-beat! A&"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough positive things about working with Kyle and Precision Roofing! Quality, timely work, and kept me in the loop at every step. After Kyle completed the work, we discovered a very complicated rooftop HVAC situation. Kyle hung in there with me (for several weeks, taking time when he didn’t have to) to help resolve it. His consulting skills provided a great source of comfort and I leaned on him as a trustworthy advisor."
