"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"I do not know what the price of this service could have been had I had someone else to do it. I only have a gut feeling it was a little high, but from what I have heard any work by any contractor seems expensive to me. The only quality issue we have with the job is that the electrician did not repair the plaster that got damaged around the electrical box in the bathroom. It is a minor issue, but my wife noticed right away when she got home. Other than that, they were pleasant, helpful and were willing to meet with me during hours I liked. <br /> They did contact me about fixing the plaster later. I appreciated that. But like I said it was minor and it would have been more trouble for me to have them fix it than for me to do it myself. That is I could fix it with 5 minutes work myself. It is minor.
