However by the time I bought the home, they weren't in the best condition and I was afraid to open them for fear of not being able to close them. Not only did Empire do a great job of replacing them, but I was able to pick a color! Office reps were friendly and the installation techs were awesome. I felt confident that this company would do a great job and they did! The installers also left the work area spotless and even double checked before leaving. "We ordered an outer door and screen door replacements from Home Depot. Contacted Todd ( after verifying his reviews) who gave us a good estimate, and agreed for him to do the job. When the door arrived we scheduled installation in 3 days. Todd picked it up and completed the installation in about 3 hours. This included adjusting a 'slight' 'manufacturing error' to align the lock holes, which he insisted on doing in a professional manner so that the fix was not visible.
