"Dave Lombardo and Bill Hensley from American Deck and Patio did an amazing job designing, planning, and building our new deck, outdoor shower, and privacy walls. We received Dave’s information from our friends who used American Deck and Patio for their new deck and screened-in room so we knew that his company did great work. I first spoke with Dave over the phone and we went over my project needs and estimated the materials and cost to see if that was within my budget, which I thought was prudent to ensure neither of us would be wasting our time. His costs were very competitive and cheaper than some other quote I had received for the deck. Soon after our phone call Dave came to our house and designed our deck right on the spot, which was impressive to see him knock it out so quickly. We quickly saw his expertise and experience firsthand. While on site he helped explain the process, answered all questions we had, and we went over the details of the project. We had to wait on materials because we went with a cable railing system, which was no fault of American Deck. Luckily for us the materials came in on time and once the project started it was smooth sailing. Bill Hensley was our deck builder and we couldn’t have been happier with the quality of his craftsmanship and his professionalism. He showed up everyday (even one day it snowed) and kept a very clean work space, which was much appreciated because we had just spent a lot of money to upgrade our patio. Bill answered any and all of our questions and made sure to double check with us if he had any questions prior to progressing. We couldn’t be happier with American Deck from start to finish. They completed the job exactly how it was discussed and completed on the timeline we had planned. I would highly recommend them to any family, friend, or stranger! American Deck and Patio completed all of the deck, privacy walls, outdoor shower, and the wall in between the gazebo. The patio was completed by Horizon Outdoor Design."

"Xtracare completely changed our patio experience with a stacked retaining wall and a porcelain paver patio that we selected. Our lot is difficult to manage as it slopes towards the back of the house. Their design ideas are excellent and we worked together to plan this well and select materials. They also did an amazing job to control water runoff with a roof drainage system and yard regrading. The office communicates well. The crew was here on time every day and did an amazing job and finished the project on-time and within the budget. A project manager was assigned to us and was very responsive. "I had an excellent experience with Abel and his team. When we hired this company, we wanted to solve some water issues (my backyard flooded constantly) and we wanted to have a nice place for the kids to play and to hang out. We cannot be happier with the results. This project involved (1) demolition of existing patio and retaining walls, (2) regrading, (3) a new retaining wall and (4) a new patio. As I said, their work was amazing, their prices are good/fair, and I would like to highlight three positive things about this company: (1) they started and finished on time (or close to), which I thought was impossible to find in a contractor. (2) They were very patient and flexible with my work. Given that this was a big project, we had to adjust our plan a couple of times, as we found new issues and understood the water problems better. (3) and definitively not least, this company takes customer satisfaction seriously. This project took place in August 2020, but Abel is still calling me (as of March 2021) to check that everything is working for me. In those phone calls, I have mentioned some details about the work (minor things that are expected in projects are big as mine), and Abel has not hesitated to send someone to fix those small things at no cost (he actually gave me mulch last time he came). This experience me me feel very confident about the quality of their work. In summary, I am very happy to recommend best landscape & construction. A high quality company with good prices that takes costumer satisfaction seriously."

"We had a great experience working with Mike and his DC Patio crews. Relationships are important when entering into a big project, and we clicked right away with Mike. During his initial site visit, he listened to what we were looking for, provided suggestions for us to consider on details where we were undecided, and really took it all in as it was a large project wrapping around three sides of the house. He was flexible regarding our desire to source some of our own materials, and provided a detailed, comprehensive estimate that was very competitive relative to other proposals we received. Our project was delayed due to our preferred materials being unavailable as the factory shut down for two months during the initial COVID-19 lockdowns, but once we had a delivery date, DC Patio was able to get us on their schedule and get started. The crews were great: respectful, courteous, polite, tidy. Edgardo and Victor were here almost everyday, and Henry, Marvin, Donaldo, and others joined depending on nature and scope of the day's work. Mike usually came out in the morning to go over the plan for the next day or two and walk through any design decisions that were needed. In the course of about five weeks, the crews were able to remove two old walkways (including jackhammering out a set of concrete steps), add 4-10 inches of soil all the way around the house to create slope for drainage, divert 5 downspouts with underground pipes and pop-up emitters as well as two catch basins, build the crushed stone base for the new walkways and multi-level patio, install a small retaining/seating wall as well as two long, curved steps between the levels, build three small sets of bluestone steps into the house, and install two curving paver walkways, three pavers circles, a fire pit, and a large paver patio, totaling almost 2000 sq ft! And they moved a few large plants and installed some landscape lighting at each stair riser to boot. The last step was to seed the area around the patio for grass, but due to it being early July, we all expected that it may be too hot for the seed to take root even with daily watering. Mike anticipated this and planned to send a crew back in the early fall to overseed, which he did proactively without prompting. The grass seed took hold the second time and now we are all set to enjoy our new spaces this spring! We always like to support local business who take care of their customers AND their employees, and Mike's commitment to communicating with his crews in Spanish is clearly appreciated. The commitment goes both ways - we talked to several of his guys who have worked with him for many years. I would highly recommend considering DC Patio if you're in the market to transform your property with beautiful hardscaping."

"I hired Fortune Stoneworks to install a brick paver patio in my backyard and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team doing the install did a great job carefully prepping the area (they were even nice enough to carefully remove grass as sod so I could replant it elsewhere in my yard). They were also able to replace my old crumbling stairs leading to the patio with new wider concrete stairs. The installation of the pavers went very smoothly and was done just in time for Memorial Day weekend. I would recommend Fortune Stoneworks for your next patio or concrete project."
