I did have a few pro's come out to look at the job and every one of them commented on how "clean" their cuts were to the dry wall, making for easier repairs. Ron also took the time to meet with me several times and pretty much did everything I needed done dealing with the insurance company. Dan's estimates and measurements were so on point, that the adjuster did not have to come out to inspect the damage! Moving forward, I have taken steps to hopefully never have that experience again, but if I ever need a restoration company again... CSR without hesitation."

"MHI repainted my house in the fall of 2016. They initially did a sloppy job while going 40% over the initial estimate. But in October 2019 they came back out to fix some problems with the earlier work and to perform some additional work at a very reasonable cost. The crew that originally painted my house is no longer with the company. Bill's crew performed the work this year, and did a much better job. Bill will have a prominent role in MHI going forward, so I am confident they will be a very different company than the one I dealt with in 2016. I'll likely have Bill's crew repaint the interior of my house when this is done in a month or so. While I gave the 2016 MHI poor grades, Bill earned all A's."
