"Response time was exceptional. Everything that was done was well explained. Very courteous workers. All commitments were kept. Iâ  d use this company again."

"My sump pump went out on me and i had about 3 inches of water. I checked Angie's list and found Dan and Ron at CSR. I couldn't be any more happy with their work, Ron immediately came out that afternoon to look at the damage and was back the very next morning with his crew. Ron and Dan had the carpet out, the dry wall cut, and his equipment in place drying what was once a soaked basement. Since I am not very well informed with construction work. I did have a few pro's come out to look at the job and every one of them commented on how "clean" their cuts were to the dry wall, making for easier repairs. Ron also took the time to meet with me several times and pretty much did everything I needed done dealing with the insurance company. Dan's estimates and measurements were so on point, that the adjuster did not have to come out to inspect the damage! Moving forward, I have taken steps to hopefully never have that experience again, but if I ever need a restoration company again... CSR without hesitation."

"I had mold and water damage from a foundation crack. They found the problem and removed all materials affected and did a great job on cleaning up"

"Mike & his crew were amazing. They removed all the water damage and took out and replaced all my floors and walls. He also went under my manufactured home and removed and restored the under belly. Everything was repaired and made better than new. His staff were always on time and kept their word as to what was going on. I highly recommend them!"

"A pipe burst unexpectedly in my basement, a friend of mine referred me to DRI and I couldn't have been more grateful. They came immediately to the home and Gus was very pleasant to work with. The team worked very quickly, clean, and were organized in helping getting the water out of the basement and drying everything up."

"John was willing to complete a small touch up repair of exterior paint on our home. He was very professional in evaluating the work required and it was quality workmanship when completed. Very pleased with the company."

"They service was amazing. I am told by other service providers it will cost $10000 to repair and I found metro and they said they can hydro jet it and were able to fix it. I could not be happier."

"He truly went above and beyond with his work. He was very professional, did a great job cleaning up, and even provided work that wasn't included. In addition to repairing the floor damage, he repaired the water line that was not even included in the estimate. I would highly recommend him and his very polite team."

"One year ago, I contacted Mike after experiencing water damage in a condo. Mike was in Florida, following the storms down there, but his team contacted me immediately, took care of the issue and was easy to work with during the remediation process. I appreciated the promptness and professionalism."
