"I needed a soffit repair. Access wasn’t easy as it was fairly high on sloped ground. One roof company offered to do it only if I pail $5000 to also paint all my trim. Another large company would only do it if I also replaced all my gutters. Their estimate was $10,000. Zimax came out, gave me a quote to fix the soffit and we scheduled. Communication with Zimax was excellent. The work was done ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be happier and more appreciative. "

He used red oak for the table top and finished it with three coats of low gloss polyurethane and a finish coat of BRI wax. The underside of the table and the reinforcing strips are even finished off. He finished this project in a little over three weeks. We couldn’t be happier! "

Being a locally owned and operated company, I strongly believe that we have a responsibility to provide each and every customer with a level of service that is second to none. "Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."
