"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. "Completed a fairly major basement renovation with KBA a few months ago. KBA served as the general contractor, and was responsible for subcontracting specialty (e.g., pluming and electrical) work. Scope of work included demolition and removal of a substantial part of an outdated basement, new electrical and lighting, new flooring, ceiling, and walls, interior painting, restoration of staircase, and total renovation of a basement bathroom, including addition of a new shower, as well as handling all permitting and inspection (code) requirements. Although there were a few minor hangups and delays, as can be expected with any big project, we were very happy with both the timeline and the outcome. The quality of the work was great, and the professionalism of all staff was outstanding. This was a large project that we were hesitant to move forward with at first, but once we started working with KBA, everything went pretty smoothly. Very good experience overall and would recommend to others."

"The process went as expected based on the timeline given by WMM. I found all of the workers to be very easy to communicate with and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. While the price for the job wasn't inexpensive, it was fair and less costly than many other contractors we talked with. It was surprisingly difficult to find anyone who was even willing to do a concrete step job, but WMM was happy to accommodate our needs and always had a friendly attitude. <br /> The only hiccup in the job was caused by some low wires over our driveway. The wires made it very difficult for the concrete truck to access the pour area. The truck had to drive in our yard and made some deep ruts. I told the contractor about this and he did his best to fill the ruts and reseeded the area at no extra charge. <br />"

"He came over and did a great job.  Everybody loved it.  They like the white because I lived in a condo and I don't have a lot of light; from the sliding glass door I do but from the rest of that area I don't.  He was a nice man; he thought it wasn't enough for him to do or his staff but he got somebody to do for $50.  That was very nice of him.  If I have something else which I am thinking about to have done I will call him but hopefully it would be enough for him to do.  He went out of his way to get help for me."
